Notice
The Copyright Claims Board (CCB) has re-opened and continues to accept filings on eCCB and emails. The CCB plans to work expeditiously to review all of the filings made during the shutdown and respond to requests from parties. It may take some time for the CCB to respond as we have received many filings since the shutdown began. All deadlines remain in place, but you may contact the CCB if you need assistance.
The Copyright Claims Board (CCB)
is available to resolve copyright disputes of a relatively low economic value and provides an efficient, less expensive alternative to federal court.
